Services We Offer

Our Direct Cremation Package includes the following:

• Local (within 40 miles) transfer of remains to the funeral home
• Basic sheltering of the remains
• Obtaining necessary permits and authorizations
• Local transportation to the crematory
• Sanitary care and preperation of remains for identification

This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to cremation, or any sheltering for days on which no past death activities occur. Nor does it include the actual cost of the cremation process, which is a crematory charge, or any other cash disbursements, or anything not expressly states as being provided. 

Direct Cremation with container provided by purchaser: $2,505
Direct Cremation with alternative container from our funeral home: $2,780

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are unfinished wood boxes.

Cost: 2,985

Our Forwarding of Remains to Another Funeral Home package includes the following: 

• Removal of remains to this funeral home
• Basic services of funeral director and staff
• Basic sheltering of remains
• Embalming
• Obtaining necessary permits and transfer of remains to Philadelphia International Airport

This package does not include a casket or alternative shipping container, the use of facilities and staff for any visitations or ceremony, public or private, prior to forwarding the remains, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur. Nor does it include transferring the remains to another destination, or anything not expressly states are being provided.

Cost: $2,250

Our Receiving of Remains From Another Funeral Home package includes:

• Receiving the remains from the other funeral home via transfer of remains from Philadelphia International Airport to our funeral home
• Basic sheltering of the remains, basic services of funeral director and staff
• Obtaining of necessary permits and authorizations, and local (within 40 miles) transportation to the cemetery or crematory

This package does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to burial or cremation, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur. Nor does it include transferring the remains from another source, or the charges of a common carrier, or anything not expressly stated as being provided.

Our Immediate Burial package includes the following: 

• Basic services for funeral director and staff
• Local (within 40 miles) transfer of remains to the funeral home
• Basic sheltering of remains
• Obtaining necessary permits and authorizations
• Local transportation to the cemetery
• Sanitary care and preparation of remains for identification

This package does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to burial, or any sheltering for days on which no post death activities occur. Nor does it include the actual cost of the grave at the cemetery, or the cemetery's charges for opening and closing of the grave, any required outer burial container or cash disbursements, or anything not expressly stated as being provided. 

Immediate Burial with contained provided by purchaser: $2,880
Immediate Burial with alternative container: $3,155
Immediate burial with casket selected from our funeral home (in addition to cost of casket): $2,220

Cost: $1,500

Our fee for the basic services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to: 

• Staff to respond to initial request for service
• Arrangements conference with family and responsible parties
• Arrangement of funeral
• Preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits
• Recording vital statistics
• Preparation and placement of obituary notice
• Shelter of remains
• Coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g., cemetery, crematory, vault company and others as required

Also included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facilities such as:

• Professional licensing
• Legal and accounting fees
• Insurance
• Building and utility expenses
• Parking lot and grounds
• Maintenance
• Taxes
• Equipment
• Furnishings
• Inventory costs
• Recordkeeping
• Secretarial and administrative expenses

This fee for our basic services will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. 

This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.

Cost: $700

This includes use of the preparation room and sanitary room. 

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. 

If you choose to have an embalming performed, the decedent may be embalmed at a location other than this registered mortuary.

No human remains may remain unburied or uncremated in New Jersey for more than 48 hours unless embalmed or refrigerated. (N.J.A.C 8:9-1.1)
